Please note the following important information before booking:

  • We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations this includes not feeling well. If you do not show up, it leaves a hole in the therapist schedule where another patient could have come in.
  • Our clinic operates without reception, and all appointments require a credit card on file to secure your appointment slot. It will be charged for no shows and late cancellations.
  • If you need assistance with booking, please call us at 604-427-1404. If we don’t answer, leave a message, and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

  • All available appointments are displayed online. If you can’t find a time that works with your schedule, please add yourself to our cancellation list
  • Please note we DO NOT direct bill ICBC or WCB
  • To ensure availability for all patients, we allow ONE BOOKING PER WEEK. If your therapist believes additional sessions are necessary for your treatment plan, they will advise you accordingly. If we notice that multiple appointments have been booked in a week, we will email you to cancel the extra bookings.

Registered Massage Therapy

Anna graduated from the 3000 hour massage therapy diploma program at West Coast College of massage therapy in 1999.  Over the past 2 decades she has worked with a variety of patients ranging From toddlers & pre-natal ,sports rehab ,motor vehicle accidents to palliative care.

She owned and operated a multi-disciplinary Wellness centre in Coquitlam for 10 years , where she had the opportunity to collaborate and learn from various healthcare practitioners and refine her own practice . Her treatment approach is that of a holistic type of approach to treatment , as pain, stress, grief and loss all manifest in the body in forms of injury and tension.

Anna brings her knowledge , Personal life experience, and skills together to facilitate overall systemic healing with the focus on the mind -body connection. Using such techniques as Swedish massage, Deep tissue manipulation and Myofacsial release . Having recovered herself , from a broken back and a concussion , she has empathy with the journey of recovery through pain and stress.

She is passionate about her family, travelling and living a healthy lifestyle.Along with her two children , together it’s their lifelong goal to explore & discovering all the amazing gifts our earth has to offer.

Natalie grew up in London, England and lived in Kelowna for 11 years. She has been into health and fitness her entire life, through being a fitness Instructor to playing various sports, her passion being Rugby. She has played both province standard in England and Canada. Natalie represented Canada in the Rugby League World Cup in Australia in 2017, played Canada Selects against New Zealand in 2018 and Captained the Western Canada team against the East at the beginning of 2020.

Academic pursuits, combined with her love for working with people led her to the profession of registered massage therapy. Natalie is a graduate from Vancouver Career College, who believes in helping people recover from acute and chronic conditions and injuries, seeing them become pain free as well as helping people de-stress and relax. Since graduating, Natalie has completed her certification in Hot stone massage which she is excited to be able offer as part of the massage treatment plan with her clients. She strives to educate and work with each unique individual to achieve a functional lifestyle.

Blaire graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in 2019, prior to that he finished his bachelor’s in science at the University of British Columbia majoring in psychology. Growing up in an athletic environment playing competitive sports came with its fair share of injuries, he turned to massage therapy to help rehabilitate his injuries. These experiences along with his interest in human performance and inquisitive nature led him to become an RMT.   He is passionate about helping all his patients and believes each individual’s needs are different.  Utilizing a combination of assessment and empathetic listening to create an individualized treatment plan for each of his patients.  His focus is always on helping his patients reach their health and wellness goals. Colin graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015. He has adopted a method of treating that emphasizes patient-centered care, offering an environment that is both supportive and adaptable. Colin utilizes a holistic approach when assessing and working with patients, acknowledging the complexities of the body and how a wide array of factors contribute to an individual’s well-being. Colin is intentional in understanding the goals of each patient he works alongside, and takes a hands-on approach in helping them achieve their optimal health. With a scope of light, moderate, and deep techniques, Colin applies a broad variety of myofascial, joint mobilization, and stretching modalities to best assist patients in reaching their goals. Colin has experience working with a diverse range of individuals, and is passionate in helping patients of all ages. From peri-natal care, to recovery from injury, to rehabilitation after surgery, to athletes of all levels, and those enduring the demands of a career, Colin understands that each patient presents differently and he works to offer a treatment plan best suited to their needs.

As an outdoors and sports enthusiast, Andrew is accustomed to the specific demands and degree of injury that come with leading an active lifestyle. Knowing each individual presents a unique case; Andrew spends the time to assess his patients current concern, create an effective treatment plan and to treat accordingly. To take home, they are educated on how to safely return to their respective activity, all which are crucial to individual growth and preventing future injury or re-injury. From sports fanatics to office warriors, Andrew has the skill set to provide patients with solutions on reaching their goals and ultimately getting them back to the things they love.

Although no longer involved in competitive baseball, soccer, track and cross-country, Andrew continues to lead an active and healthy lifestyle and can be found at the gym, running and hiking with his dog or working on his golf game. Carley began her journey at South Langley Massage Therapy (now Belmont Massage Therapy) in 2016. In July of 2024 her and her husband Blaire Joseph who is also an RMT at the clinic decided to purchase the clinic! She is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she received extensive training and proficiency in treating a variety of conditions. With experience treating a wide demographic of patients, Carley helps everyone from young athletes to senior citizens improve mobility, increase mental awareness, and reduce pain.

Growing up in an athletic environment and playing competitive sports, Carley faced her fair share of injuries. Seeking a natural remedy, she turned to massage therapy and experienced its positive effects firsthand. This led her to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

Having worked in both spa and clinical settings, Carley has mastered many modalities for both relaxation and therapeutic massage. She believes in incorporating both approaches to achieve optimal health. Her science-based approach and willingness to listen to her patients’ needs have earned her a reputation as an exceptional therapist. Carley firmly believes that massage therapy shouldn’t be painful to be effective. Her treatment techniques include Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active/passive stretching, joint mobilization, and Swedish massage.

On weekends, Carley enjoys spending time with family and friends, often with her niece and nephew, her labradoodle Wexley, or exploring the world with her husband Blaire, who is also a massage therapist at the clinic.

Having always appreciated nature and the outdoors, Kelly has always aspired to exploring and leading an active and healthy lifestyle. Though no longer involved in playing competitive soccer, she can be found hiking new peaks or working on her golf game.

After years of experience in different educational programs and various employment settings, Kelly found the healthcare field was where she wanted to be.

Kelly’s personality and passion is expressed through massage therapy, as she strives to provide a comfortable and caring environment to all her patients. Having worked in both a spa and clinic setting, she is able to tailor each treatment dependent on the individuals specific and current needs. Through thorough assessment, an effective treatment and homecare plan, she hopes to achieve their goals and optimal health and wellness.

She has treated patients of all ages, individuals with everyday discomfort or those who suffer from chronic pain. Kelly has provided treatment with Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, UBC varsity teams, BC Womens Hospital Maternity and centres for the elderly and terminally ill.

Kelly is accepting new patients and is currently available for treatments 4 days a week at the South Langley location.

Kelly is returning to work after her second maternity leave and is currently taking new patients.

Hannah graduated from the Vancouver Career College’s massage therapy program where she gained extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology and how to apply that knowledge effectively in treatment. Hannah is passionate about helping people through their journey towards health and wellness and believes strongly in the many benefits of massage therapy. She enjoys working closely with her patients helping them manage tension and pain while discovering what is most effective for each individual.
